John Bax Par Three Tournament

This fun par 3 tournament is named after the late John Bax, a former WWMS member who founded it several years ago.  For this tournament, the Wildwood Golf Course is set up as 18-par 3 holes.  Players are organized into 4-person teams with a designated team captain.  Every player’s handicap is considered when teams are put together to ensure that a mix of high, low and medium handicap golfers are on each team.  The tournament is played as a Texas Scramble and a minimum of three drives must be used from each team member.  Prizes are awarded for the top 3 team scores and for Closest-to-the-Pin on every hole.
